Budweiser of Spartanburg
Budweiser of Spartanburg required more storage for their draught containers. MM Services built a 40 x 60 cooler to meet their needs
Budweiser of Spartanburg’s 200’ x 250’ conditioned storage facility needed their refrigeration system replaced. MM Services was able to redesign the system and move away from the expensive refrigeration equipment and installed an 80 – ton Air Rotation Unit and matching condensing unit.
KW Beverage
KW Beverage required more storage for their draught containers. MM Services built a 40’ x 60’ cooler to meet their needs

Edwards Road Baptist Church
Pre-school/Auditorium – When one of the compressors, of the 100-ton air-cooled chiller, shorted to ground and wiped out the main disconnect causing the unit to shut down, MM Services worked with onsite staff, vendors, and the churches schedule to quickly resolve the issue.
Furman University
Playhouse Auditorium – The existing 25+ year-old, 20-ton split system needed to be replaced, and the onsite staff wanted to install equipment that was easier to access. MM Services worked with the onsite staff and the project management team to provide a solution that met the objectives without disruption to the day to day activities of the students or scheduled events.

Clemson Eye (Florence)
When the Clinical side of the space had an issue with their heat and the decision was made to replace the equipment, MM Services was able to coordinate the replacement of the equipment, so there was no disruption to the day to day operation.
Periodontics of Greenville
The procedure room was not maintaining the proper temperature or humidity level due to the limits of the existing HVAC equipment. MM Services HVAC provided a solution to install HVAC equipment that, no matter how hot the outdoor temperature, allowed the procedure room to maintain the desired temperature and humidity level.
